Activity Coordinator, Canterbury House

Canterbury House, the Diocesan senior living community located in downtown historic Charleston, is seeking a full-time Activity Coordinator. Canterbury House is home to 250 independent residents. The position of Activity Coordinator works under the direction of the Executive Director and is responsible for but not limited to the following: develop, coordinate and implement a multi-faceted activity program that provides the best quality of life for the residents, prepares a monthly newsletter and calendar, manages an in-house Thrift Shop, schedules weekly Canterbury House bus trips, responsible for consumer education programs, maintains the Canterbury House library, coordinates events with local parishes, works with the Resident Council and assists our chaplain with special services. Organist/Choirmaster, Trinity Church, Edisto
