Full Time Positions

Custodian, St. Christopher Camp and Conference Center, Seabrook Island
The Guest Services Department of St. Christopher needs help. They are looking for a high-energy individual to vacuum and clean assembly spaces and bathrooms, set up furniture for conferences, attend to A/V needs of guests, carry laundry bags; and whatever else is needed to provide quality service. Applicant needs to be strong, in excellent physical condition, care about cleanliness and presentation, and have a knack for electronics. Equally important is a demonstrated heart for teamwork. The position is full time (40 hrs/wk); hourly. Typical hours are from 7:30am - 3:30pm. Exceptions include 10:00am - 6:00pm most Fridays and every other Sunday 7:30am - 3:30pm. Work schedules are made about two weeks in advance. Open year round, seven days a week. Pay days are every two weeks. Starting hourly rate is $10 per hour. Church Administrator, Church of Our Saviour, Johns Island

Church of Our Saviour located on John’s Island is searching for a Church Administrator to assist in all aspects of their growing church.  This position's duties will include: general office work; managing several part time employees; assisting treasurer in budget planning and budget oversight, coordinating accounts payable and receivable with bookkeeper; using and updating the church database; attending church services; and participating in other projects such as planning the annual parish meeting and updating the church directory annually.  Requirements for the position include: at least three years of administrative experience; an energetic, upbeat personality; professional phone skills; effective written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational and managerial skills; a very professional demeanor; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher is a plus. Part-Time Positions

Part-Time Organist/Choirmaster, Trinity Church, Edisto

Trinity on Edisto Island is looking for a part-time Organist/Choirmaster to coordinate the musical leadership for two worship services.  Trinity has an active adult choir and a three manual Allen Digital Organ and Clavinova in the sanctuary and a grand piano in the parish hall.  Pay and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with the applicant’s education and experience.  Travel will be reimbursed by mileage.  If interested, please contact the Rev. Children's Ministry Director, St. Luke's, Hilton Head
Children’s Ministry Director - Seeking Part Time Children’s Ministry Director to manage the programs of the St. Luke’s Church Children and Family Ministry (CFM). CFM Director will plan and coordinate all children’s programs for newborn thru 5th grade including Sunday School Classes and Nursery, Wednesday night children’s class, Vacation Bible School and CFM outreach events, and will maintain a CFM calendar. The CFM Director will also be responsible for the recruitment and training of volunteers to teach in these children’s areas. The CFM Director should model and encourage volunteers to display a warm, loving environment where Biblical truths are learned and where Christian relationships are formed. The ideal candidate will have an educational background or experience in children’s ministry, work well with volunteers, be well organized, have administrative gifts, have a passion for discipling children and a vision for children’s ministry.  CFM Director will report to the Associate Rector and work closely with the CFM Leadership Team.
