Charlie Middleton, the administrator at St John’s Chapel, will guide our discussion on stress management. Make note of your stress triggers and stress de-fusers (for me that's unplanned encounters and time in the office by myself). Be prepared to share your best solutions to overload syndrome. We've all been there!

Our homemade lunch will be a free gift from Judy and friends at St Stephens. They'll treat us to soup, sandwiches, fruit and cake! How very kind! I have a gift for everyone too, a little book that really helped me cope when I 'grew into' my job at Holy Comforter. This makes me think that goodie bags would be a fun thing. Anyone want to help? Let me know if you have 30 bags, 30 pieces of candy, 30 Kleenex purse packs, 30 purse-size sanitizers, or anything else that you feel would be suitable and fun.
