Holiday, Healing & Hope

On Wednesday, December 21, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. St. John’s Chapel, Charleston, will host “Holiday, Healing & Hope” a 90-minute prayer and healing service offered by Mrs. Janie D. Wilson, MABC (Peninsula Biblical Counseling Center) and Mrs. Christal Yvette Heyward, MACM, (Gibsong Academy). Even when individuals think they have been “doing well” with the death of, divorce from or a critical illness of a love-one, the holidays can reactivate their grief, as they are forced to acknowledge the extent of their loss. This intercessory prayer event will provide a non-threatening atmosphere in which participants will be free to tell God and their brothers and sisters the truth about their feelings.
