Advent Wednesday Worship, Christ Church, Mt Pleasant
December 20, 10-11 a.m.
Each Wednesday in Advent, Allie Kodrzycki will be playing an hour of worship music in the Historic Church. The spontaneous and Spirit-lead songs are likened to incense that burns and rises to the Lord. You are invited to come and experience God's presence in that space. The purpose of this music is less for congregational “singing to” the Lord, but more to create an environment for congregational “listening to” the Lord. You are encouraged to bring a Bible and do your daily devotion, or bring a journal to write in, or to simply come and pray as the music fills the space. People may come and go as needed within the 10am-11am hour; stay for 10 minutes or stay for the entire time!
