The Area Bishop for the Horn of Africa (a part of the Diocese of Egypt with North Africa and the Horn of Africa) invites applications for the position of Dean of St Frumentius' Anglican Theological College, Gambella Ethiopia. The applicant must possess a Masters degree in theology. It would be helpful if the candidate was an ordained Anglican with a love for and knowledge of Africa. Gambella is hot, remote, underdeveloped and somewhat unstable. Salary will have to be raised by the candidate, but a house is provided. Electricity, a regular supply of running water and reliable internet connection cannot be guaranteed. St. Christopher is run by the Diocese of South Carolina and is located 25 miles south of Charleston on Seabrook Island. The campus includes nearly one mile of beach, 100 acres of salt marsh, 200 acres of undisturbed maritime forest, two freshwater ponds, and a freshwater swamp.
