God willing, on Thursday, November 10 at 6 p.m. the Rt. Rev. Mark J. Lawrence, Bishop of South Carolina, will institute and induct the Rev. Shay Gaillard as the 38th Rector of the Parish Church of St. Helena's in Beaufort. A reception will follow the service in the Parish Hall. Your prayers and presence are requested. Clergy are asked to wear red stoles.
