Who's Online Now

We have 57 guests and no members online

The Diocese’s electronic newsletter is sent to approximately 3,000 email addresses, every other week, usually on a Thursday. Submissions are received on an ongoing basis and may be sent either as an email or Microsoft Word attachment to: [email protected].

We are happy to promote news items about events that 1) would be of interest to a large number of individuals throughout the Diocese and 2) support the mission of the Church.

Because readers scan email brevity is key. Submissions may be no longer than 150 words. Write in the third person and include the name of event, date, time, location, cost (if applicable), contact information and link to where the item is advertised on your site.

Note: If your parish has a website that is up-datable, the event must be advertised on your own website prior to being advertised through the Diocese.
The link on your site is where you can include additional information about the event.

If you have a good photo or poster you're using to advertise the event, please send that with your submission as a separate attachment.

Because of space issues we do not promote items that are geared mainly to an individual church (such as weekly Bible Studies) or ones that compete with other regular services/events most churches are having such as Easter Services or Pancake Suppers.

Sample Submission:

St. David’s, Cheraw, Tour of Homes, December 7
